neW Great History Space Soviet Buran from 3 CD Encyclopedia

We are glad to present "The Buran Multimedia Encyclopedia Release 3.50" (April 12, 2004). The Encyclopedia is represented by three CD-ROMs: The 1st disk now contains more video clips. Additional information archive that is not available for on-line reading is added. Most images are of higher resolution while comparing with the on-line versions. And at last, as we are not restricted by the on-line limitations, additional multimedia components are included. The 2nd disk contains two Buran movies, "Long way to start" and "Space Trial", and additional photo archive. The 3rd disk contains two Buran movies, "Dream for Buran" and "Buran Transportation", and several 3D models of Energia-Buran system components togeather with BTS-02 test-bed flying laboratory. The freeware software packages to handle the 3Ds are included. Last but not least - the disk contains the unique "roentgen" technical drawings of Buran space plane. Buran Multimedia Encyclopedia presents Energia-Buran universal rocket and space transportation system. The CD-ROM features Buran history (including all R&D stages), two triumphal launches and the project tragical fate.
