Suggested Use

For body, smooth on hands and apply to skin as needed. For hair: Place jar in warm water until liquefied and slightly warm, apply 1-2 teaspoons (varies by hair length and thickness) to hair and work from root to tip. Let oil sit for 15-20 minutes. Shampoo as needed.
