This unique and fabulous neck accessory is from my personal collection and dates back to the 1990s.
The cord that encloses the neck is a knitting of four leather cords without locking at the end.
After you stretch it, go through the top of the head and place it on your neck.
The metal parts are hung on it with stainless steel rings.
All metal elements are made of stainless steel, very tough material that does not scratch, does not oxidize, and is not affected by acidic liquids or chemicals.
It is safe for children and adults.
