Antique Moonstone Opal Ring Georgian Victorian Rose Gold Wedding - Chased

A Gorgeous Antique Moonstone Opal Ring Georgian to Victorian Period Hand Chased Rose Gold Setting 14K, 19th Century. This wonderful antique ring holds a moonstone opal stone at center. This opal has some of the transparent qualities of moonstone with reflections of greens and warm amber reds in the light. The setting is exquisite with hand engraved scrolling chased detailing done in antique 14K Victorian rose gold (please note, Victorian rose gold is not as pink as 1940's rose gold or modern day pink gold). The ring dates to the Victorian Period and this type of hand chased detail is also seen in Georgian Era jewels as well. Overall the ring measures about 3/8 inch long by about 13/16 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 8 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring is in lovely vintage condition. A rare find.
