Trail BC Canada sterling silver souvenir spoon old vintage 1320vf

This souvenir spoon is from Trail, British Columbia, Canada. It features an inscribed bowl, a plain stem topped by an enameled shield with coat of arms. Topping it all is a beaver. On the back it is marked Sterling and a symbol or hallmark I can't decipher. It is in very good condition.
