GATTO IS MADE OF ROSEWOOD, ACETATE & METAL...
Ebony is a dense black hardwood. It is dense enough to sink in water. It is finely-textured and has a very smooth finish when polished, making it valuable as an ornamental wood.
All rosewoods are strong and heavy, taking an excellent polish, being suitable for guitars, marimbas, recorders, furniture, and luxury flooring, etc.
Acetate is a valuable manufactured fiber that has good draping qualities. Given its properties, it has been promoted as the “beauty fiber”. The acetate is biodegradable and hypoallergenic.
