SMT2 is a fully (100%) synthetic, non-flammable, corrosion-inactive, non-toxic, biodegradable anti-friction metal conditioner that uses existing lubricant only as a carrier. He owes his appearance to the global breakthrough of the third millennium in tribology (the science of friction).

SMT2 absorbed all the best that was created in the science and technology of anti-friction drugs.

SMT2 does not contain fluoropolymers, graphite, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, esters. Therefore, SMT2 is harmless to parts, lubricants and the environment.

SMT2 is compatible with all known lubricants and special fluids, does not change their properties and volume (after friction parts have been introduced into the surface).

SMT2 INTENDED
For addition to engine, transmission, gear oils, fuel, lubricating and cooling fluids, etc., in order to reduce friction and wear rate, as well as prevent scuffing in interfaces and mechanisms, where at least one of the contacting parts contains iron. The effectiveness of the drug is enhanced by factors of increased pressure, temperature, speed, lack of lubricant.

WHAT IS THE MECHANISM OF ACTION SMT2?
The composition of the SMT2 includes the TPF know-how component, which comes into play when the Temperature, Pressure and Friction in the contact zone between moving surfaces increases and “starts” a sequence of chemical reactions of SMT conditioning. The peculiarity of this process is the interaction of TPF with iron ions (Fe2 +) supplied by the surfaces of the parts and the products of their wear. On the surfaces, a boundary protective layer is formed with high (commensurate with diamond) molecular strength and low shear resistance. As a result, friction foci are shielded, wear is minimized, and endurance resistance rises dramatically. Maintaining a multilayer coating occurs constantly when the friction unit is working. There is a steady effect of wearlessness. Significantly reduced friction, heat and wear parts. SMT2 has the highest residual protective effect, allowing to operate the equipment in emergency mode without oil.

SMT2 DIFFERENCE FROM ANALOGUES

METHODS OF APPLICATION SMT2

RECOMMENDED SMT2 CONCENTRATIONS
