Chloride iron 100 g REXANT is intended for the etching of printed circuit boards, copper and its alloys in the electronics industry and instrumentation with aqueous solution. To prepare an aqueous solution, it is necessary to mix 1 part of ferric chloride and 3 parts of water in a bowl of plastic, glass or ceramic with stirring. During the etching process, it is necessary to mix the solution, for example by shaking the dishes. The etching time with ferric chloride is from 5 to 50 minutes and depends on the temperature, the concentration of the solution and its contamination with copper, and the thickness of the copper foil. The higher the temperature of the solution, the shorter the etching time. The finished board must be washed with running water and dried. Etching time: 5-50 minutes.
