This book is 45-packed-pages of verse, stories, easy-to-follow recipes and more. This lesson block includes chapters called: "Soup and a Story", "Soups through the Year", "A Year of Breads", "Snacks Through the Year" , "I Didn't Know You Could Make That" and "Food as a Gift". Some recipes include meat products, wheat, milk and eggs. However, the recipes can be adapted and the general outline is very useful for any one.
