Properties

Poor-quality diesel fuel in combination with intermittent engine operation creates favorable conditions for contamination of the injection system, which leads to a violation of stable start-up, malfunctioning of idling, excessive fuel consumption, and strong smoke resulting from incomplete combustion. In order to eliminate the above problems, Bardahl Diesel Injection Cleaner was developed.

The Bardahl Diesel Injection Cleaner contains a carefully designed formula that cleans nozzle nozzles without dismantling. This product has been specifically designed for professional use in car service stations.

Application

Preventive priening: Pour the contents of one liter can of Bardahl Diesel Injection Cleaner into each fuel tank every 10,000 km, and every 5,000 km when using a car in urban mode.

1 liter of additive is designed for a tank containing 30 liters of diesel fuel.

Professional use in service stations: Warm up the engine. Disconnect the suction pipe and the return pipe of the high pressure fuel pump (TNVD) and connect it to a special apparatus with a diesel engine injection cleaner. Start the engine and start the product circulation. Run the engine by periodically changing the idle speed until the engine uses most of the cleaner. Stop engine. Reconnect the suction and return pipes of the high pressure fuel pump. If necessary, remove air from the fuel system. Start the engine and adjust the phases and idle speed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
