250 Mg Pasilla Bajio Pepper Seeds Seeds #IEB16
Also called "Chile Negro". The name in Spanish means little raisin which refers to the wrinkled skin as this pepper dries. Although classified as a hot pepper, it is much more mild, rich, smoky and perfect for mole sauces. Forms strong, upright plants that produce 8-10", thin walled, slender, green-black peppers. Use this pepper fresh in enchilada sauce or salsas. Use it dried and powdered in Mexican mole sauces.
