Gasket former
is a one-component compound,
vulcanizing at room temperature,

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
For use as a spacer,
finally formed in working position
1. Clean the surfaces, preferably with
Permatex Gasket Remover
... He is capable

2. For best results, clean and
dry the surfaces with a non-
Permatex solvent residue
"Cleaner

3. Cut the cap at the mark corresponding
the desired diameter of the former track
spacers, 0.15875 to 0.635 cm (1/16 to 1/4 in.) Most commonly used track

4. Remove the cap, perforated seal
tube spout or cartridge seal and put on
nozzle.
5. Apply the silicone in a continuous and even layer on
one of the surfaces, first of all bending around
the inner perimeter of the formed strip and
only then all the bolt holes like this
shown below:
6. Immediately, until the silicone hardens, mount
spare parts. Secure or tighten the spare part in
according to the instructions for it.
7. After the silicone has cured is not required
additional tightening of the fastening of the part.
For use as a sealant
gaskets
1. Repeat steps 1-4 above.
2. Apply a thin film of silicone to one of the
surfaces.
3. Place the gasket on the silicone film.
4. Apply a second thin layer of silicone from the top
gaskets.
5. Remove excess material immediately.
Attention: This product is not recommended
use as a gasket seal
cylinder head or cover gaskets
cylinder block.

Completion of the repair
1. Withstand excess silicone leaked from
nozzles until they are completely dry and thus
sealing from the environment. For
reuse must be removed
hardened silicone from the tip.
2. Remove uncured product from parts and
tools with dry cloth. When
film formation break it up with dry
matter and remove it as much as possible.
