seeds of Passiflora Edulis Panama Gold Passionfruit vine that produces delicious passion fruits. This vine is beautiful but most of all it is grown for the golden fruit, which are exceptionally sweet. This vine produced 15 to 20 of these beautiful blossoms during this past summer. The vine grew to about 30' and was pretty much pest free. The caterpillars didn't seem to want to eat this one as much as some of my others. This vines is foliage hardy in zones 9 and higher, I keep mine in a 14" pot and protect it in the winter months. It also can be cut back and brought inside during cold weather I do not use any chemicals on my plants and therefore at certain times of the year you are able to find nibbles here and there on the most of the host plants for butterflies.
