Seeds for one of the most exotic of all passion vines Foetida . This is a very dainly and fragile looking passifloras with its featherly bracts surrounding the bud and blossom. The is hardy in zones 9 and above, but here in zone 8B I have had mine come back for the past three years. The 10' vine has clusters of 2 1/2 inch soft lavender to almost white flowers that blossoms from April thur August, it does slow down when the temperatures get in the high 90's. The fragrance is very delicate and although I have never done so, I have had others tell me that this small fruit is edible. This plant is very vigorous and grows quickly to cover the small arbor in a few weeks, in part or full sun, and therefor is a desirable plant for quick coverage.
