Starter plant in 2 1/2" pot from Red Alert Asiatic lily. These have flowers that are a little smaller and more cupped when first open than most of the lilies I grow, but that black-red color is strikingly bright. Red Alert works everywhere, especially if you are looking for an bright color accent, plus makes a good cut flower. If only one lily can fit in your garden make it Red Alert. 3 to 4 Feet. Late June / Early July Flowering. Light Fragrance.
