This fine art cross-stitch chart is based on a fine art painting circa 1913 by a Russian artist who was the creator of the first modern abstract paintings. I don't generally love abstract paintings but the colors in this one really caught my eye.
Considering the creator was Russian and much of his art was created prior to or during the World War, it's surprising Hitler didn't destroy it all. I love how so much art that Hitler considered junk actually survived the era - and this is one of them!
