Besides US & International theatrical versions, Workprint Version, Director's Cut and The Final Cut, now you can own the 6th version of Ridley Scott's masterpiece Blade Runner. It's the unreleased Blade Runner CBS Broadcast Version that aired in 1986. It features an unknown narrator reading aloud a differently designed opening crawl (!!!) and has profanity and nudity removed.
The quality is decent 2nd or 3rd generation of original broadcast VHS recording 3 1/2 decades ago. DVD is in NTSC (USA) format, so make sure you have a DVD player / game console capable of playing NTSC (disc is not regionally locked). Computers can play all formats with a free VLC player. It comes with cover artwork (discs are silver surface quality DVD-R Verbatim media).
The DVD is intended as a supplement to complete the official "Complete Collector's Edition". For serious collectors only - if you're looking for officially released footage, this item is not for you. Please ask if you have any questions.
