Electrical insulating varnish KO-921 100 ml REXANT is intended for impregnation and coating of the surface of products (windings of electrical devices, dry transformers with insulation of heat resistance class "H", units of electrical machines and devices of tropical and marine design, when repairing lifting magnets) in order to increase heating and moisture resistance, increasing its mechanical and electrical strength and thermal conductivity.
The polymerized varnish coating is non-toxic and fireproof.
Has features:
High permeability due to the minimum viscosity, low surface tension.
High adhesion to metal surfaces.
Forms a glossy, hard, durable film.
Provides high thermal conductivity.
Possesses high moisture resistance, water resistance and hydrophobicity.
The working properties are preserved during prolonged heating of the insulation during the operation of electrical machines up to +250 ⁰С.
The varnish film has dielectric properties.
Possesses adhesive properties.
