Pair Vintage Turkish Shepherd's Lamp Brass Etched Glass Candle Lanterns
Welcome! Presenting a pair or lot of 2 Turkish brass and etched glass six panel shepherd's candle lamps or lanterns. They measure about 14 inches high from the base to the top of the rings at the top of the lanterns. They have a diameter of about 4 1/2 inches at the brass just above the glass panels and a diameter at the base of about 2 3/4 inches.
PLEASE NOTE: One of the lanterns has a separation on one of the welds at the bottom left where the two panels are hinged and open to insert the candle. Please see the photos. Two of the glass panels have slivers to the glass at the top where the beveled edges fit into the brass frames. On the other lamp, there is one panel where the glass is slivered at the bottom beveled edge. Otherwise, all glass panels are intact. There is wax in the candle holders. These could probably use a cleaning. The lamp with the separated weld has a stiff closure, needs to be handled with care and possibly oiled for smoother operation.
