Description

A selection of 'wild' rocket, picked for its long season and vigorous, erect leaves that have an excellent flavor and attractive appearance. The tangy leaves add pizzazz to everyday salads and are delicious wilted into such dishes as pastas or risottos. The young leaves add a pleasant pungent nutty flavor to salads and cheese dishes.
The plant is cold hardy, grows to a height of 20 - 25cm, produces light yellow flowers.
