LEBANESE CUCUMBER (Beit Alpha) is 55 days till maturity cucumber. This plant produces an abundance of 25-30 cm (10-12 inches) long cucumbers that have a skin so thin that it does not require peeling. This stores very well and is great for packing just to munch on. It grows equally well on the ground or on a trellis. Has a crisp and sweet flavor produce well under most any conditions. Ideal cucumber for cooking and pickling and slicing raw. They have a blocky shape, good flavor with mild taste.
