Description

Annual plant that grows up to 30 cm in height, it has small light green leaves and white-pink flowers. Its taste is almost the same with most types of basil, but has strong lemon flavor. It needs plenty of sunlight and a place that is protected from strong winds. It can be grown in open fields and in pots. It doesn’t tolerate cold temperatures. Pick periodically the leaves at the top of the plant. Before the start of the flowering period cut the plant at 10 – 15 cm from the ground in order to stimulate second growth.
