Mr. Jax large silk scarf heraldry design red white black gold ll1810

This is a never used silk scarf from Mr. Jax. It is a classic design with a red center, white then a black border. Those curlicue things around the border look like fancy letters but if they are, I can't make out what they are. The whole scarf effect is one of heraldry. It is 32 inches square and in perfect condition.
