Thanks to the presence of salicylic acid in an alcoholic gel, it gives a rapid chemical keratolytic action by thinning the stratum corneum. The combined presence of lactic acid enhances the keratolytic effect.

It can be used as an exfoliating treatment for psoriatic plaque, hyperkeratotic plaque and ichthyosis, but also for the preparation of cryotherapy.
