Substantial Antique Pearl Brooch Akoya Floral Pin Vintage 1930

A Superb Antique Pearl Brooch, Akoya Floral Cluster, Vintage Art Deco, circa 1930-50s. This pearl brooch is adorned with a stunning array of genuine Japanese Akoya Salt Water Pearls with a stunning lustrous glow. The pearls range from about 7 to 5mm in diameter. The setting is also beautifully fashioned from sterling silver in the form of a floral cluster. The pin is marked STERLING in the back. The brooch measures about 2 3/4 inches long by about 1 3/4 inch wide and closes securely with the safety clasp. The piece is from an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition. It is estimated to date circa 1930-50's, but could be a bit earlier or later.
