Not only is this the first time either of these moivies have been available on Blu-ray in 1080p HD but the DVD releases that did exist were all PAL Region 2 so you could not even play them in the U.S.[Region 1]. Out of all of the Amityville sequels these are considered by many to be some of the better ones so it's unclear what was the issue but we got you. Times 2.
