A Gorgeous Antique Australian Opal Pendant Necklace, Vintage Art Deco circa 1930-40s. This lovely estate necklace holds a genuine Australian opal gemstone measuring about 7 x 9mm oval. The stone is set in an antique yellow gold filled setting with filigree openwork details. The piece comes complete with gunmetal chain with aged lobster clasp as shown measuring about 16 1/2 inches long. The pendant measures about 11/16 inch long with bail by about 7/16 inch wide from side to side. This piece is estimated to date to the Art Deco period, circa 1930-40s and is in lovely vintage condition.
