These are beautiful floating plants. We ship these floaters with very minimal water to help avoid them deteriorating/getting mushy in the bag. With that said, they will be dry when they arrive. These red root floaters will perk right up once in your tank, they need little to no water flow, floating plants don't like to be blown all over the place.
