In Scotland, anyone can, subject to the requirements of good faith, adopt a title such as Laird, Lord or Lady if they wish. We can include this adopted title in your land deeds.

We need to know the name(s) you wish to have on the deed documents before orders can be sent out, and if the adopted title is to be a Lord, Laird or Lady.

If you pay for your order by Paypal, you should see a "note to seller" box as part of the payment process, where you can give these details. Alternatively, you can send us the information in an ebay message.

Please note that names should be no longer than 35 characters (including spaces and the title). Names longer than this will not fit on to the space available on the deed.
