The Yellow Turmeric ginger, or Curcuma longa, grows white flower spikes, and the entire plant is edible! Rhizomes are ready for harvesting 8 to 10 months after planting. This young plant ranges from 2.5 to 6 inches and ships in a 3-inch-deep pot to keep your shipping costs at a minimum and to allow your plants to grow to maturity under your green thumb.
