Antique Australian Opal Diamond Ring Wedding Art Deco Palladium 1930

An Amazing Antique Australian Opal Ring Set in Palladium, Vintage Art Deco, circa 1930. The center of this stunning estate ring holds a genuine single cut (not doublet or triplet) Australian Opal gemstone with beautiful color in the light. The opal measures about 6 x 9mm oval. The setting is Retro Art Deco period, estimated to date circa 1930 - 1950, and is composed of Palladium, a solid precious white metal in the platinum family and is currently more expensive than platinum. The setting was marked for 18K at some point in its history but tests positive for palladium. Overall the ring measures about 3/8 inch long by about 11/16 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 4 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition. An amazing piece of fine estate jewelry.
