Buddleia 'Dark Dynasty'. This compact new Buddleia fits easily into urban gardens with its densely compact, rounded habit. Unlike some other dwarf Buddleias that become very wide spreading, ‘Dark Dynasty’ keeps its composure as it ages, growing just 3’ tall and 3 ½’ wide in two years.

Buddleia are wonderful hardy perennials (they come back every year). Butterfly bushes do attract butterflies - like magnets! They are also appealing to the delicate little hummingbirds. Once established they are quite drought tolerant. Buddleia are generally deer resistant. These plants appreciate well draining soil, especially in the North.
