Shang Yunxiang Shang Style Xing Yi Hsing-I Recommended Class by Cui Guogui VCD

Mr Cui Guogui studied Xingyiquan under Xin Jianhou (one of the earliest and most famous disciples of Shang Yunxiang; Xin Jianhou won 1st Leitai Competition in 1931); now in his late 70s, Mr Cui is a living legend of Shang style Xingyiquan in Beijing, still presenting great skill and spirit of Xingyi. The disc covers basically whole curriculum of Shang Style Xingyiquan - Five Elements Fists, Linked Form, Eight Postures of Arhat (Luohan), Eight Postures of Vajra (Jingang), Xingyi Six Harmonies Fist, Entering and Exiting the Cave, Mixed Strikes, Twelve Great Hammers, Twelve (Animal) Shapes, as well as weapon routines (weapons routines are demonstrated by Dai Mingwei, Mr Cui's disciple)
