The original Gone In 60 Seconds from 1974 [Directed by H.B. Halicki.] holds the record for the number of car crashes in one movie and the longest car chase ever filmed. When it was released on Blu-ray a while back a great restoration was done to the picture but the audio was altered, changed, replaced...it was one of those WTF moments in home video.

A new 5.1 mix was done and in theory that sounded great but they removed all the original music and replaced it with generic synth pop that does not fit in a 1974 movie. Then they changed all the sound effects that were way over the top. Even dialogue is missing and what was still there was isolated to the left rear speaker. It just ruined the whole viewing experience. So....you guessed it. We fixed it. We even got help from an outside source because it was not an easy task to get the HD footage and the original HQ master audio to synch up... but we did it. WE even added an additional 5.1 audio track of our own, This is made from the original audio track that includes all the music and sound but just kicked up a notch for those that want to utilize their home theater systems.



In addition the 1993 film "Deadline Auto Theft" is included as a bonus. It has been restored as well with it's original audio and sound effects and has never looked better.
