Overall Condition: Decorative boards show some signs of age and use including edge wear and slightly bumped/frayed corners. Binding is mostly tight and pages are clean with no writing or marks and there are only minor signs of ageing. The previous owner signed on the front cover reverse which shows some darkening from an enclosed item as does the rear cover reverse.= see picture; more images upon request.
