Ode to violets Gap silk scarf pink gingham poetry sweet ll1789

This sweet little scarf is from the GAP. It is all silk and honors the lowly wild violet. The center is pink violets surrounded by sayings and descriptions of the violet. The border is a chain of violets and a half inch of pink and white gingham check. 17½ inches square.

This scarf is in very good condition. I don't think it has been used but it looks like the needle caught the fabric when sewing on the tag resulting in a one inch run one thread wide.
