Jamaican Dutch Pots
Jamaican Dutch Pot or Dutchie is made from heavy cast aluminum. The Dutch pot was imported in Jamaica from Holland and is used in almost all Jamaican traditional cooking and baking.

Uses of dutch pot
Dutch pot is use to execute a wide array of cooking techniques, including stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, boiling and stewing.
