Canadian maple leaf gold plated souvenir pin brooch signed Avon numbered as new 1374vf

This is an exceptionally nice Canadian maple leaf pin that is signed and numbered. It is made of gold plated metal and has a lot of texture to the finish both front and back. The edges of the leaf tips curl and are highly polished. At the bottom of the leaf is a banner which reads Canada with red enamel behind the letters. The back has a strong safety clasp.

The pin is signed and numbered. The number is 4899. The name is Avon. This mark was used by Avon Canada between 1945 and 1971. It is 2 1/8 inches top to bottom of leaf. Condition couldn't be better.
