Pudding Composition:
Powdered Sugar, Skimmed Milk Powder, Carrageenan, Gelatin Powder, Salt, Cocopandan Fragrance,
Food coloring :Chocolate HT CI 20285, Blue Diamond CI 42090.
Vla Sauce Composition:
Powdered Sugar, Skimmed Milk Powder, Modified Starch, Salt, Vanilla Fragrance.
How to make
1. Bring 500cc of water to a boil, reduce heat then add PONDAN Pudding Mix into boiling water while stirring thoroughly.
2. Stir gently until it boils again. Let it boil for +_ 3 minutes.
3. Pour it into the pudding mold, then let it cool slightly, then put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
4. Pondan Pudding is ready to be served.
5. Mix 200cc of water with vla sauce powder, stir until smooth then cook until boiling while stirring.
6. Remove and chill. Vla sauce is ready to use (can be chilled in the refrigerator before use).
