Tehachapi is also well known point for the supply & rest base for Pacific Crest Trail hikers.
The log cabin is walking distance from the mountain park. It's 20 acre lot is isolated from the neighbors, only big oak trees and wild animals can be seen, enough parking for 10 or more cars, much snow during winter time. Still 3 miles to the town center where you can find super markets, Home Depot, Wal-mart and 10s of restaurants.
In the area you can find several winery, glider airport, Kern river rafting, no- fee hot springs ( Miracle hot spring, Remington hot spring etc)

The cabin is a private residential house and not a timeshare or condo.
There is no hidden charges nor extra fees from the owner.
Bring your pets. There are 3 dogs and 3 cats in the property and they are very friendly.

The cabin has 5 bed rooms with king or queen size beds, 3 bath with shower, full size kitchen with basic utensils. 2 dining tables for 8+6 person. If you bring sleeping bags the cabin can accommodate up to 20 person.
Internet, washer (no dryer), wood burning stove and barbeque set, free firewood (no take out included), portable mattresses are provided for no extra charge. The price is daily base and will discount for 2 or more days. Please contact the owner before order.
