It has long lance shaped leaves that are very bright yellow with mottled green throughout. A fun plant to grow and enjoy! This beauties leaves look just like a Painted Lady Philodendron, however, their Petiole do not contain the red color nor do they vine like their cousin. Rather, the Calkin's Gold is an upright compact hybrid variety. Do not place them in full sun as the leaves will burn,
