Super Seeds Sorbus Aucuparia Hunter Rowan 30 Pcs
Medium-sized deciduous tree, reaching 15 m, distributed throughout Europe, from Iceland to Russia and the Iberian Peninsula. It is cold tolerant and can be found at high altitudes. Its fruits, similar to cherries, are sweet and sour at the same time, with a high content of vitamin C. It is also known by the names of capudre, alcapudre, carnabudo and sorbellano. DO NOT CONSUME, because its fruits are not recommended for having a certain toxic effect on humans, easy food for birds, mainly the waxwing (Bombycilla garrulus) and thrushes (Turdus dissimilis), who will later disseminate the rowan seeds, through their bowel movements.
