STRAWBERRY CROWN is an interesting and attractive very old variety from Brazil. Fruit is round, slightly flattened with a few light ribs. The rind can vary from dusky brown colour to dusky bluey-brown colour, usually with a hint of strawberry colour, mostly at the crown. Inside, there is plenty of the smooth orange flesh with a lovely rich flavour. The fruit will reportedly grow to 3 kg , but several of ours reached almost 4.5kg in under 90 days over autumn on medium size vines. It was a very good producer. Min. 12 SEEDS.
