Hand picked up in 2014. This is Heritage variety of Raspberry, fruiting 2 times a year - in Spring and in Autumn. Last year stems produce fruits in Spring (Spring fruits are medium size), and current year stems flower and bring large juicy fruits in Autumn. I usually cut off last year stems after Spring fruiting, then they do not shade young ones fruiting in Autumn. The best position for raspberries will be half-shaded, somewhere along fence with well fertilized moist soil.
