Wood Inlay Card Box, Floral & Geometric Design, Holds One Deck

This handsome wood inlay box is decorated on all sides except the base. There are five different shades of wood forming a floral and geometric design. Red felt lines the inside bottom and the inside top is mahogany. Size: 4¾ in. wide x 3½ in. deep x 1¼ in. high. Condition: box lid has two small nicks on two corners at back; top of lid has a few scratches that can be seen on close inspection; front side of lid has two small dents on edge and one 1/2" shallow dent on bottom left; right side of lid has a small veneer chip at bottom; left side of box bottom has slight damage in back. When I say "small" or "slight" that's exactly what I'm seeing; it all sounds a lot worse than it actually looks. The hinges are in great condition. I believe this box was made to hold one poker deck, but with the felt lining it's a bit snug. A canasta deck will fit fine - or use it for jewelry or other trinkets.
