Estate Aquamarine Diamond Ring Vintage Gold Fine Jewelry Size 7

A Gorgeous Estate Aquamarine and Diamond Ring in a Vintage Retro Style set in Yellow Gold. The center of this fine estate find holds a faceted emerald cut aquamarine gemstone measuring about 5 x 7mm. It is surrounded by 18 round diamonds and an additional 10 tapered baguette diamonds on the sides for a total of 28 diamonds in the ring. The stones are all set in a solid 10K yellow gold setting, as marked and tested. The entire ring measures about 7/16 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide from side to side and it is in wonderful estate condition.
