Usage for: Spinal stenosis, joint pain, muscle ache, sciatica, headache, injuries, dislocations, inflammation, swollen, heavy, tired legs, poor circulation, inhalations during upper respiratory tract infections (rhinitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, ear lymph).

Ointment is applied for the affected area, in the case of a headache it is recommended to massage the ointment around the temples, forehead and for occipital area it could be inhaled when massaged around the chest and under the nose.
