Sodium Chloride: 2.6 g, Potassium Chloride: 1.5 g, Sodium Citrate: 2.9 g, Dextrose (anhydrous): 13.5 g, Excipients q.s.
Concentration in mmol/litre:
Sodium: 75.0, Potassium: 20.0, Chloride: 65.0, Citrate: 10.0, Dextrose: 75.0
Total Osmolarity (mOsmol): 245
Refreshing orange flavour added.
Uses of Cipla ORS Prolyte Orange Flavour Powder:
Used for oral rehydration therapy.
Restores body fluids & electrolytes lost due to dehydration.
Usage Direction of Cipla ORS Prolyte Orange Flavour Powder:
Cipla ORS Prolyte Orange Flavour Powder is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised.
Directions for use: 1. Boil the water 2. Let it cool down 3. Add 1 teaspoonful of powder in 200 ml (1 glass) of cooled water and stir.
Treatment should be continued until diarrhoea stops/dehydration is corrected.
Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
