Very rare antique vintage embossed miniature copper enamel wall decoration made in Armenia in the Soviet era in 1980 for the Olympic games which evokes one of the characters on the page who return fishing from the illustration of the gospel of Haghbat from the canon of concordance tables, originally painted by Margare in the year 1211.
A Gospel concordance system devised in the fourth century by Eusebius of Caesarea, in which Gospel passages are numbered in the text (generally in the margins) and correspond to tables, arranged in columnar form, indicating the concordance of passages among the Gospels.
