Recommended Daily Dose
Take 1–2 capsules daily, preferably before meals.
Intended for adults only.

Warnings!
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Avoid use if you have endometriosis or ovarian cysts (due to turmeric).
Use with caution during breastfeeding.
People with diabetes or hypoglycaemia should consult a doctor (chromium affects glucose metabolism).
